the truth - im thought i was a mase fan, but this album only gets 2 stars (i clicked 3 by mistake). why? he has good and/or popular artists also in songs such as, puff daddy, lil kim, dmx, eightball&mlg, jay-z, 112, and more. the songs lookin at me and what you want were hits, and feel so good has to be one of the best party rap songs ever made. however, besides those songs, there isnt much on the album. not a terrible cd, but far from a great one, either.
WEAK! - When I ordered the EDITED VERSION of HARLEM WORLD, I was excited to hear it. It was a good and appealing for the first week, and that was it.I don t listen to that cd much anymore because MASE couldn t rap well, the beats are so so, and the guest stars aren t that good. Also, if you compare the dirty version and the clean, there is a track missing off of the clean.
Mase let me down - I got this album as a gift, and I was excited because I had already heard feelin so good and lookin at me When I put it on, I couldn t stand any song on there for more than a minute. I only like three songs on there, the two above and what you want, and then that s only because Total drowns him out. I also noticed how conceited he is, like most rappers are. Then he throws in pointless interludes. And finishes his album with a PITIFUL attempt, trying to sing a slow song. There are lots of guests: Busta, Dmx, Puffy (of course), Lil Kim, ect. Someone needs to tell Mase that collaborating with lots of artists DOES NOT guarantee success.
I wish i could rate Mase 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars - I love him so much that one day we will get married and have some kids his music is the best i have heard so far Mase is a kind hearted person and i love him so much
One of the best albums ever - I bought this CD after Mase came to the U.k and put out feel so good and tell me what you want. It is one of the best albums i ve heard and i can t wait for the new stuff. All the playa haters out there hate him because they ain t him, they are just jealous of his skills, looks, his voice. Just give the album a chance and see what he really is about. Mase next time you come to U.K visit Milton Keynes!
